Will it fit the maxi cosi Zelia?

No, it won’t! I also have the Maxi Cosi Zelda and I ordered this cover for it and when I went to put it on I realized that it would fit over the button in the handle that’s used to fold up stroller.

I have the evenflo pivot xpand. is this made to go on top of the foam handles or made to replace the foam handles?

From my observation it is made to go over the foam handle. It fit very well with mine still on.
