Works great, once you get to use it properly, it melts to fast in your hand before you get to use it, even though I store them in the frig as instructed. Also, they are not as long as other suppositories so it’s either hit or miss before it completely melts down.

My hemorrhoids suddenly started to bleed quite profusely after undergoing surgery under anesthesia. I immediately stated Preparation H with phenylephrine which did not help much. My doctor prescribed hydrocortisone cream which slowed the bleeding but not entirely (after a week of use) I searched Amazon for products that had high recommendations from other users, and decided to try the PROKTIS. My reasoning was to use a product which could allow for hemorrhoid healing by providing softer stools thru hydration and nutraceuticals which have healing properties such as the hyaluronic acid. This is opposed to irritating chemicals which are supposed to work by shrinking membranes. After only 2 or 3 applications my bleeding completely stopped, not evident even on the toilet paper. I was totally amazed at the end when a self exam with my finger in my anus revealed a complete absence of any swollen hemorrhoidal veins which had always been present. Several reviewers had complaints about this product, but I think they may have been doing something wrong. It's important to keep them in the refrigerator, as they do melt fairly quickly when warm. In any case, they worked great for me. I suffered with very painful anal fissures for three weeks. I tried everything: liquid diet for three days to prevent a movement, nothing but fruits and vegetables for a week. Great for losing weight, but did nothing for the fissures. After three days of using this product, the fissures were completely healed. Excellent product!

Look I'm a young dude but I've always had toilet issues , I apparently strain too hard , I developed a lump needless to say on my ya know and turns out it's piles, a small one mind u but still hurt and worried me , changed my diet and have been using these since , they feel amazing and sooth u sooo much , even if I don't have hemmeroids I'm gonna keep using them bc they are so amazing I don't have any bathroom issues anymore everything comes out great and my ya know is healed and strong lol , btw I'm a guy if it matters for other guys scared of a suppository

These things honestly saved my life. Been suffering with a haemorrhoid and it’s been hurting to use the wash room. These made the process good once again. Can’t recommend something more 10/10
