Excellent! One teaspoon in half glass of water, around 9:30 PM, tastes so good, feel relaxed and sleepy in half an hour. Will buy again.

This is the only brand I use for my magnesium glycinate it helps with my anxiety it brings my hypertension down a little bit and it also helps me fall asleep and great for your muscles

I LOVE THIS PRODUCT! GREAT TASTE TOO!
Being a post bariatric patient and concerned with absorption issues - i was so glad to find this liquid form of magnesium glycinate. I keep it in the fridge, taking it at night to help with sleep and it tastes pretty good. I would definitely recommend it for anyone who has issues swalling pills or just prefers liquid supplements. It's a great brand and looking at some of their other supplements to replace what I currently use.

Calms shaky legs and helps me sleep
I've suffered with shaky legs at bedtime for years. Then perimenopause arrived and I'd regularly wake up in the middle of the night. Figured I'd start this since it's recommended for sleep help and calming shaky legs. I was taking melatonin off and on for years, which reduces effectiveness after a while and wanted to tru something else. I first started with two tsp after dinner. I noticed it reduced my shaky legs. It also helped me sleep a bit better. About 2 months ago (6 months or so after I started it), I reduced it to 1 tsp nightly. I sleep very soundly most nights and no shaky legs. This has truly improved my life. I think consistency is key. And I presume it builds up in your body over time so that you get the same benefits with a lower maintenance dose. I was honestly desperate and did not want to see a neurologist...more meds, more tests, more no answers. This was a great try and truly improved my quality of life. I've been using it for about 9 months so far. Hope it continues to work.
