The Abs Bench - Abdominal Crunch Machine, Ab Workout Equipment, Plate Loaded Resistance

I like it very much . For me it serves its purpose

Heavy good looking strong Metal machine but very hard tricky to assembled doesn't work for me and take more space also.

The Ab Coaster is my favorite for lower abs but the Abs Bench is perfect for the crunch. I have both. I start by using the Abs bench to pre-exhaust my upper abs then I jump on my Ab Coaster and use my lower abs to hit my entire core. Awesome workout.
