This product did make me sleepy. However I had great difficulty falling asleep and felt horrible the next day same experience when tried again. Although Amazon says it’s returnable I tried and it will not let me. I would never buy this product again.

no grogginess!
I was a chronic 2am wide awake staring at the ceiling person until i tried this spray and honestly it's been a game changer, I feel it working within about 15 minutes and i'm actually staying asleep through the night now. The mint taste is barely noticeable, the dosing is easy to adjust, and there's zero grogginess the next morning which was always my biggest complaint with other sleep supplements. five weeks in and I genuinely look forward to bedtime again

It's a travel essential!
As someone who works in sales, this is very essential when you travel a lot for work. I am so thankful that is arrived right before I left for my flight so I have it with me. I kid you not, this helped me sleep in about 30 minutes even though it's not my sleeping time from where I live.
