Review: Can't fix your slice, but a really good ball at a really great price - I'm a ~18 handicap, so I can't write a review that talks about draws, fades, and spin. If it could fix my slice, I'd pay A LOT more than $16/dozen, but it is longer than the Bridgestone and Srixon balls I had in my bag the last several rounds I played. I have a decent short game, and I love the feel on wedges inside 80 yds and chipping around the green. At the price, I don't mind spraying a few into the woods/water, and will definitely buy them again. Review: Great Value Ball! Can't comment on their durability. - These are my go to value balls. They play as great as a high handicapper like myself would ever want. I usually only pull out new balls when trying to impress ;) and these get the job done. I can really rip em....right into the woods. Honestly, I just love the name Warbird. It gives me a slight confidence boost when I can say I play Warbirds. ## Features - Callaway's renowned HEX Aerodynamics reduce drag and promote high launch for increased speed, hang-time and distance - The extra-large high-energy core is highly compressible to unlock more potential distance at any swing speed - Thin, high-sensory ionomer cover works with the core to promote super-satisfying feel off every club - The Package Weight Of The Product Is 9.1 Pounds ## Technical Specifications | Specification | Value | |---------------|-------| | ASIN | B01N1U84M9 | | Age Range (Description) | Adult | | Age Range Description | Adult | | Ball Type | golf ball | | Best Sellers Rank | #847,847 in Sports & Outdoors ( See Top 100 in Sports & Outdoors ) #1,103 in Standard Golf Balls | | Brand | Callaway | | Brand Name | Callaway | | Color | White | | Construction Type | 2-piece | | Customer Reviews | 4.7 out of 5 stars 4,167 Reviews | | Global Trade Identification Number | 00884885977516 | | Included Components | Golf Balls | | Item Type Name | WARBIRD 17 12 BALL PACK | | Item Weight | 1.4 pounds | | Manufacturer | Callaway Golf | | Manufacturer Part Number | 642145412 | | Material | Ionomer | | Material Type | Ionomer | | Model Number | 642145412 | | Number of Items | 12 | | Number of Packs | 1 | | Size | 1 Dozen | | Sport | Golf | | Sport Type | Golf | | UPC | 884885977516 | | Unit Count | 1 Count | ## Product Details - **Age Range (Description):** Adult - **Brand:** Callaway - **Color:** White - **Item Weight:** 1.4 pounds - **Material:** Ionomer ## Images ![Warbird - Image 1](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/71mtXpNDP+L.jpg) ![Warbird - Image 2](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/61IRtIoPgWL.jpg) ![Warbird - Image 3](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/51ivXN4R0KL.jpg) ![Warbird - Image 4](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/81pPbBS7KkL.jpg) ## Questions & Answers **Q: What is the compression rating on this ball?** A: I don't understand this answer from Odyssey refusing to disclose the compression. If a potential buyer wants to know the compression of a ball, especially not relating to how soft it feels, I see no reason for them to not disclose it, unless the compression ratings are inconsistent from ball to ball (in the same box) as it sometimes is for cheaply produced golf balls. **Q: What is difference between warbird and hex warbirds** A: Hex is softer when hit. More distance & control **Q: Are they all white and are they all new, each ball the same. ?** A: Mine were new and white. Packaging just didnt seem new. **Q: Are they all white and are they all new, each ball the same. ?** A: Yes ## Customer Reviews ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Can't fix your slice, but a really good ball at a really great price *by D***T on December 16, 2018* I'm a ~18 handicap, so I can't write a review that talks about draws, fades, and spin. Can't comment on their durability. *by J***E on January 20, 2021* These are my go to value balls. They play as great as a high handicapper like myself would ever want. I usually only pull out new balls when trying to impress ;) and these get the job done. I can really rip em....right into the woods. Honestly, I just love the name Warbird. It gives me a slight confidence boost when I can say I play Warbirds. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great Gift for Golfing Dad *by J***J on July 6, 2020* I bought these for my dad for his birthday and he has loved them. I'm not really sure how to review a golf ball but the brand is awesome! He said that he cannot play with any other balls "that might just because he wants to use that as an excuse for why he's playing so bad haha" But he loves them and he uses the same ones for a long time so they are sturdy built. The price was very good for a great quality ball! I highly recommend it as a gift for a dad! ## Frequently Bought Together - Callaway Golf Warbird Distance Golf Balls - Callaway Golf Warbird Golf Ball (12-/24-Ball Pack) - Callaway Golf Weather Spann Glove 2023 --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://virgin.desertcart.com/products/39117959-warbird](https://virgin.desertcart.com/products/39117959-warbird) --- *Product available on Desertcart British Virgin Islands* *Store origin: VG* *Last updated: 2026-10-09*
