The firmness is that of playdoh except it bounces back. However they didn’t last very long.

I have 8k adhd and 4k hd-ocd. will this squish ball help me?

The squish balls are helpful but they are not durable to survive vigorous squishing. The inside white matter squished out of one soon after our purchase. The company was kind enough to replace it. Then, one was tossed up into a tree and never returned and another one into a tall lamp shade.

Can ball be used in a swimming pool?

I don’t see why not. But it does get this sticky feel. After I washed mine with soap and water it started to feel sticky but it didn’t get anything on my hands. I don’t recommend getting it wet for this reason.
