Does this have an output relay that activates when the doorbell is pushed or the driveway sensor activates?

I have never used the feature but it does have an output relay which could be used to activate some other device

I turned this to sound only but the strobe light flashes when someone rings the doorbell and it doesn’t stop until I reset it. How do I fix this?
