I bought this in hopes of improving my immune system, as I read that all mushrooms are good for that, but some are better than others. I saw a few products containing a mix of mushrooms but in a much smaller dose per mushroom type. I like this product because the dose is high enough to where I feel like I'm getting the benefits that the trials that were done on Turkey Tail state it provides. Since I started using it I haven't felt any kind of flu even though I know I've been exposed to it.

I have been using this product as a replacement for the I'm-Yunity Brand for dogs. It appears to be working well and I haven't noticed any difference in the consistency of the pills. It is also much cheaper than other brands.
