🧀 Elevate your cheese game—because ordinary just won’t cut it!
The MM100 Mesophilic Culture 25 DCU is a premium direct set starter culture designed for crafting a wide range of soft ripened and fresh cheeses. Featuring three Lactococcus subspecies including diacetylactis, it delivers a distinctive buttery flavor and characteristic open texture with small holes in cheeses like Gouda and Edam. Each 25 DCU packet cultures 3-6 gallons of milk and requires freezer storage to maintain potency, making it a must-have for professional and artisanal cheesemakers seeking consistent, gourmet results.
