Ordered it in 2019. Now it is 2024 and it is still serving me well and working as expected. Not sure what else I can review a ram for.

I am currently adding to the memory of my HP h8-1234 and this was at a great price given a gift certificate I was able to apply toward it. Slipped it right in, booted, was recognized and ran well from the git-go. I know how to use computers but not as knowledgeable on some of the technical things. This product doesn't have heat sinks, isn't a pretty color, etc.,, likely cannot overclock but I'm not a gamer; works just fine so far. Recommend.

Decided to slip this stick into an old computer with a spare ram slot to double the current memory and reduce CPU load (memory compression from windows). Didn't realize this was a lower profile RAM as it just happened to be the cheapest 240 pin stick that had the same timings as the other stick present in the computer. No issues on arrival. If this stick fails within the next 5 years, I will take 2 stars off this rating. If the rating still has 5 stars, the stick lasted at least 5 years.

One of the cheapest price I could find for memory. I didn't realize that this was a SHORTER height than most memory (shorter than the my originally installed memory), but it fit just fine lengthwise. I have a HP Compaq Elite 8200 CMT with a quad core i5, 3.3 ghz processor, I bought two of these and they worked just fine. When I first installed, on first boot, it displayed an error about memory, but it mentioned pressing F1 to reboot, and I did so, after that, it rebooted and everything was normal and it worked just fine. Maybe the motherboard was telling me there is a change in memory size on first boot after install? Either way, it works just fine. I may order 2 more in the future to max out my memory to 32 GB.

This memory and all Kingston memory I have are very reliable. This model has excellent test characteristics as ValueRam memory (for regular users). The main minus related to sellers (not for memory) because the description never give you information about kind of PROFILE of the memory they sell. The same models should have low profile or regular profile (test speed result is the same).

What is great about this RAM is it gives you a blazing middle speed of 1600 MHz everything in memory runs crisp. It does not have heatsinks true but if your not overclocking it is not necessary. This RAM is efficient. The RAM comes with a limited lifetime warrenty. If it fails you just file a claim and get it replaced. Everything runs smooth crisp and clean. I honestly think Kingston is the the best company you can buy RAM from.

-Een méér dan 10 jaar oude beeldmontage pc opgewaardeerd met 16GB extra geheugen: samen geeft dat nu 24GB. De 4 geheugensloten (vereisen DDR3 RAM) zijn nu bezet. Het liefst had ik 4x8GB gemonteerd (= het maximum) maar daarvoor moest ik de oorspronkelijke 12GB (3 sloten) weggooien en dat vond ik vanuit het oogpunt prijs/prestatie niet interessant. -Belangrijk: de installatie is probleemloos verlopen: was een fluitje van een cent! Met de reeds eerder vervangen videokaart -door een Nvidia GeForce RTX 4060- kan ik nu zeer vlot enkele up-to-date foto- en videomontage software paketten draaien. -Weliswaar noodgedwonden onder Windows 10. Maar niet getreurd: deze speciaal gebouwde -inmiddels oude maar niet verouderde- montage pc blijft het voortreffelijk doen danzij Nvidia én Kingston en ondanks Microsoft! -Ik ben zeer tevreden!

Kingston siempre ha sido la marca que prefiero en cuanto a memorias para PC y laptop, Amazon la tiene a muy buen precio, ya que por fuera está casi al doble de lo que la encontré aquí. Aparte que el envío fue a tiempo.
