I love it!
This cookbook is great! It has so many interesting recipes. I use it almost every morning and never have to repeat a recipe. It includes nutrition facts, number of servings, and fun facts about foods along with ingredients to the recipes. I am very pleased and would recommend this book. Thank you!

Arms you with the basics
This is a great starter book for smoothie bowls. Gives you some good recipes but also outlines what foods are good for what ails you so you can customize. After using it for awhile, you'll be prepared to create your own designs.

Loving these smoothie bowls
I wrestle gators, for a living and you have to bring 110% every day or one of those sad eyed Dinosaurs will be walking off with your arm. It happens, happened to my buddy Karl. Also, I party. Especially hard on the weekend but I still have to work cause that's when people wanna see you wrestle gators. There is no better feeling than throat punching one of those hell beasts into oblivion when you have the energy and nutrients provided by a delicious smoothie bowl. Eating smoothies out of bowls is the future. 5 out of 5 stars.

easy recipes for everybody but...
I bought this book because author is a Clinical Nutritionist and many of the other books are by smoothie "enthusiasts". I was hoping it would have some recipes that used ingredients like spirulina/bee pollen but it did not. However other than that there are plethora of ideas in this book! Just not if you are super adventurous like I am. I wish I can give this 4.5 stars. The recipes are Well-balanced, unique and use ingredients that are easily obtainable. I've been using the recipes throughout the book the past week and I feel more energetic and my gut has become regular in a good way. ;)

Delicious, healthy breakfasts.
I make these smoothie bowls and freeze them. Take the out in the morning and they're ready to eat at work in about 2.5 hours. Delicious and healthy.

Decent, but not as expected
Didn't have as many recipes that I, personally would enjoy flavor wise, as I was hoping for... and lack of photos. Not terrible though

Cups!!!
I haven’t made any as yet but it does look good. My only issue that confuses me it the recipes are measured in cups. I really have no idea with cups at all and wish I had known before buying it. When I look at converting it’s even more complicated as charts list flour sugar dry goods etc as different amounts! If anyone who has this book and is in the know please let me know how you convert to make it easier for me

Good recipes
I tried some of the recipes already and I like the results. Some smoothies are not as thick as I thought they will be. You could pour the ones that are not so thick into a glass. The combinations were tasty and ingredients are simple. You can skip some. Most ingredients are probably in your cupboard, fridge or freezer already. If you are looking for inspiration or ideas this book is worth it's price.
