The chest strap on mine has pulled off and i can't get it back on. has anyone had success doing this? how do i contact the brand directly?

Hi! Excellent question - This may happen from time to time. You can find a quick how-to tutorial on youtube to reattach the straps. Also please see the video attached that outlines the process of reattaching the chest strap. If you ever want to reach us directly, simply contact us on social or through the order page and we'll get back to you within 24 hours.

Is there a way to store the bungee straps?

Great question. The product comes with a compact mesh drawstring baggy that can be clipped on to the back of the harness when in use :)

Has anyone used this for hiking with a toddler?

Yes! We’ve used if close to cliff or on an open chairlift. The handle is nice to hold on to, especially on an open chairlift.

The blue harness shows an eta for delivery of december 24-30, is it really that far out?

Hi! That is the current estimate for delivery. We are sending in more inventory now so please check back frequently as that date can be updated to a faster delivery at any point. Thank you! Sklon

Great harness, no notes

This has been so great for getting our kids comfortable on the slopes. Just purchased our second one because it worked so great with our now 4-year old (she started using it at 2). She still feels more comfortable having it on, and our 2 year old would go for it with or without the harness, but I like that I can keep him within 5 feet of me. The harness is easy to put on, works great on bunny hills, greens and the easiest blues (we haven't tried anything more), feels safe and strong - it has never slipped or ripped. Our kids say it's comfortable. Stores up pretty small, and the fit is fine for 2-4 in our experience. Does not seem like fit will be a problem through 5 or 6 if our oldest still wants to wear it. Allows us to teach ski basics and overall has made skiing really fun for our family. Worth the price!

Rundum gelungen!

Aufpassen: Nicht in Rücklage ziehen.
