Great for mental tasks
Love this stuff!! Helps me focus and makes my mind work hard without the jitters of caffeine or stimulants. Take it daily with no issues or side effects. My friend who is a naturopath by profession recommended them to me.

Amazing
I was taking another brand but they never keep their item in stock. I was hesitant about trying something new but I needed something. I chose the Calm Mind and I never looked back. I feel like myself again. People on my job don't affect me in a negative way anymore. I love these supplements.

So calming!
I like that there are 4 simple supplements included in this that really target brain function. I actually had to cut back to just 1 capsule daily. 2 was too much for me. I feel more focused and calm. I donโt think Iโve slept a full night without waking up multiple times every night for over decade. The past 2 nights i have slept all the way through and felt rested when I woke. I have taken l theanine, gotu Kola and holy basil before and I have felt relaxed but something about this combo and dosage really feels good and itโs calming my brain while giving me energy during the day while really giving me restful sleep at night which I havenโt noticed in other supplements. I feel calmer, less overwhelmed and I feel Iโm able to react to stress better.

Calm meditation
I received the medicine, but I did not like it. It made me too drowsy the next day so then I went down to 1 pill a day and that still made me real drowsy so did not get to use it. It felt like it interacted with my other medication that I take it made me more depressed.
