I bought this item to use on two recent trips to Europe and I am glad I did. It worked well with both US and European voltage devices and the USB charging ports (two) were an added bonus. Having this with me made it easy to use my laptop, charge both my iPhone and iPad, and charge my camera batteries all at the same time. Highly recommended for "road warriors" who venture to Europe from the US.

We took this product to our overseas property during a five week long visit. The power supply is 220v. The first time we plugged this in, the breakers to our property blew along with the main line breakers coming in. This indicates a dead short defect in the product. We have returned home but are frustrated by the expiry of the return window. We want to return it for a refund. Kreg Martin

Works okay. If you didn't have to force the plugs into the holes, it would be great (5 stars). But, the plastic inside, which I assume is to protect from debris nearly prevents intended use. If you don't need to plug and unplug a device, it's worth buy. Otherwise, I'd find another product.

Works well, but was slightly confusing trying to figure out how/where to plug into strip. Needed to take a little piece of cardboard to slide back the levered piece of plastic in the outlet in order to plug in my appliances--voila! Easy fix after many minutes of frustration trying to jam the plugs in there!

I gave this Universal product a 5-star rating because it was very useful when I travelled to Africa. Many devices can be plugged on it simultaneously; the two USB port makes it super-cool power strip since most smartphones and some other devices have USB/socket plugs. I have to buy more for my next trip to put in other room!

i ordered this because of the advertised EU plug (as seen on the picture). however, the item I received has a US 3-prong plug. i was planing to use it while traveling in Europe, so now I'll have add an adapter to convert from US to EU. It is not a problem impossible to solve, but it is an inconvenience and a disappointment.

I live in Scotland and I wouldn't be without these. I have a few of these throughout the house and they're excellent for plugging in American, UK, and European items that are 110v-240v. Very nice item, you won't be disappointed.

Went on a family trip to India and used this thing like crazy. We have 1 phone per family member plus ipads etc and this fits all connectors and works in India perfectly.
