HiLetgo 12V 4 Channel Relay Module with OPTO-Isolated Support High and Low Level Trigger

Works great, however the will not work below 8.6 volts

On most of my projects, I buy these off-the-shelf relay boards rather than design, build, and test something of my own design. The cost of these boards is far less than a board I design and build myself, and it's built on an assembly line with the latest wave-soldering and testing plus the board is usually overengineered to include optical isolation and numerous capacitors and resistors to keep the signals clean and any relay coil feedback to a minimum. This specific board has four independent 12 VDC SPDT relays with a 240 VAC 10 Amp or 30 VDC 10 Amp switching capacity. The input signals are opto-isolated and can be configured for low or high trigger. The board worked perfectly out of the box, which is my experience about 99% of the time.

If you're even mildly electrically inclined, this is pretty simple to set up. The operation of it is pretty simple. I had originally used this in an open auto pro setup, but decided to switch over to a four-channel opto coupler board instead, another there was anything wrong with us at all. It works really well and does what it's supposed to do. This board would also be a better option if you are trying to control higher voltages, as the optocoupler boards circuit is not designed to have a significant amount of current running through it. Something to keep in mind!

The first one just did not work. Even the LED would not come on. I was able to get a replacement after they received the defective one and the 2nd one works as expected. I am not sure about longevity so could not rate that.

Performs as expected. No humming, dependable. Easy to use. I typically drive these with Arduino clones and various DCC switch decoders for model railroading applications such as controlling track power in staging yards.

These relays are compact, timing function works just fine, Indicator LEDs are bright, used to switch 24vdc works great. Terminals are close because of compact size.

My 4 channel relay had a defective first relay, which would randomly click on and off . This would have been tragic if I didn't only need 3 of the relays . Otherwise, the screw in terminals didn't secure the wires as much as I'd have hoped but maybe that was my fault
