This works pretty well. Gives energy and helps with controlling the urge to eat. Helps with weight loss. Make sure you take with plenty of water and eat a little something if you have acid reflux. Other than that no jitters and works well.

The previous reviews were positive so I've decided to give it a try. I've been trying to find a supplement that works, but so far I have not found anything. I've used as directed and I was glad that I did not feel jittery or had terrible side effects. Yet, maybe nothing was working for me. I did not feel it control my appetite or have extra energy. In fact, I've been feeling more tired. I'm glad it has worked for other people, but this did not do anything for me.

I did lose 10 pounds it does stop hunger,but Atkins for me is a more powerful diet. The pills work your going to need to stay on the pills vs Atkins no pills and you reach ketosis faster on Atkins. Alot of Hype with these pills

So I’ve had this bottle for over a year, wish I would’ve taken them last year😀. These have been working for me. I’ve been averaging anywhere from .6 to 2lbs a day weight loss. Ive been taking them for a week now and I am down 8lbs and have lost 4” off my belly. First day I took them as instructed, one for each meal but that had me feeling like I was jitttttttttteeeertrryyy and up all night. Second day I took 4 pills on an empty stomache , take no more than 6 per day, first am or before noon to have a restful night sleep. And I have found this to be more effective with the jitters, it stays in my system but at night I am tired and i’m on no coffee. This has really curbed my appetite but I have to eat something within 2 hours of taking the batch or my stomache makes noises. I should also mention I limit my carb intake and boosted my protein. So my fat to carb to protein ratio usually looks like this 12% 38% 50% or something similar. Seems like if I eat more protein I see the 2lbs+ loss on the scale the next morning with these. I use the app LoseIt! to track the carb, fat, protein ratio on foods I eat. If I feel like my carbs are not it, I eat an egg for weight loss the next Am. You’ll be amazed which foods are the worst in carbs, that are supposed to be good for You!! This is working for me this way, hope this helps for you too. It’s why I shared. Happy weight losses!

Started these this past Sunday it's Thursday today. Started at 244 down to 241. Really haven't exercised just been cutting back junk food sodas and eating more protein. But do watch your caffeine intake. Side effects: a boost of energy s little chest discomfort for me. Today I had coffee in am then tea for lunch and had rapid palpations,chest pain. My fault on that should not have had the extra caffeine. That's that I only take one pill a day, can't imagine what 4 would do.

The first bottle helped me lose about 3 lbs a week. (I started with one capsule per serving.) They also gave me good clean energy, no jitters, but did feel lightheaded when I first started taking two at a time. Now, I have been taking the second bottle for about a week now and it gives me the same energy, but it seems like the lbs just kind of stopped coming off. Like a plateau maybe? UPDATE... I am at the end of the 2nd bottle, and I have realized that they are helping me keep the pounds off. I had reached a comfortable weight so I stopped taking them unless I needed the extra energy. After a few days of not taking any, I have started to gain lbs back slowly. (I don't really diet, just try to eat better.) So, with all that said, I am about to purchase my 3rd bottle. And unless I figure out my menopausal hormonal issues, I will likely continue to purchase these because they absolutely do work!

Did not see any results from this product. I had high hopes based on the good reviews. I exercise regularly but needed something to boost my weight loss. I noticed a boost in energy to they point I wasn't sleeping at night. I started taking only one pill a day because of this. No change in appetite but I did change what I was eating and didn't lose one pound. It actually changed my bowel habits and that was very uncomfortable so that made me not want to eat because I constantly felt bloated. But I wouldn't but this again

No energy, no weight loss, made me feel tired and worn out. Awful product! Can’t return either!!!
