I am a low carb lover. This cereal is a staple for me. I buy it all the time. I am diabetic and this cereal doesn’t raise my blood sugar. That’s BIG! A nice side effect of buying this cereal is that it makes the best sugar free marshmallow treats. Very crunchy and deliciou

I’ve been using this cereal for a year. Yes it is pricey, but I like the fact that it stays crispy unlike many other cereals. I use one half cup in the AM and add various nuts and low carb berries. I follow a low carb high protein diet using almost no sugar and am in very good health for my age! There are many different flavors including chocolate so variety is available. I believe what I spend on products like this even out as I spend much less on trips to the doctor and expensive drugs!

I follow a keto diet and these are mandatory for breakfast mixed with berries and Greek yogurt. They remind me of cinnamon crunch, but not as sweet and far more crunchy. The larger size is more economical and can last a good 5 or six meals. They make several flavors. I mostly stick to the cinnamon, but the chocolate is good--but not in yogurt!
