Does it come with the heart tags attached?

Yes I believe it did. Grandson loved it

What is the actual size of the beanie boo? The details say 6”, but the dimensions list almost 9”.

he is the size of most regular size beanie babies

When is his birthday?

I am sorry I do not remember George's birthday. He was a gift and I no longer have him. I do know for certain that George made a tremendous hit with my seven year old Grandson, who is a Beanie Boo collector. The Ty Company could give you the birth date of George, I Am certain.

Can you get to 2 dollars beanie boos please

I'm curious how you expect a seller to get them to you when shipping minimum is $2.66 first class mail for 3-4 ounces?
