Can’t believe these are not rated 5. They were so good! I did the test to see if they were ridden with chemicals/treated with sulphur and they were not. Even so, I soak them in apple cider vinegar for 15 mins before boiling and enjoying their soft and sweet flavour. Highly recommend.

OK quality. I hadn't tried them before, and I found them to be not very exciting to eat. You'd think that something called a "jujube" would be something fancy, but no.

Nice plump fruits which have a caramelised flavour - but do remove the hard stone. Apparently the fruits can be made into tea as a sleep aid (and the pips too if cracked and dry-fried separately). I have not tried that yet. Recommend only a couple (or a maximum of 5) at the first eating, as I found that they had a couple of unusual after-effects.

Not the best quality and after visiting a local Asian supermarket, I found these at a much lower price too. The packaging wasn’t great and the product was dry and tasteless, very disappointing.

Good quality and value for money

I saw these on social media and wanted to give them a try. They are like dry less sweet dates with a tougher skin. The tea they make is ok but isn't anything special.

I almost didn't buy these because the ratings were so low!? What!! Why!? These are fantastic, taste amazing, are definitely as described and dried well, these are not juicy like regular dates because they aren't meant to be, if you want them juicy buy them fresh or half-dried, these are the traditional Chinese medicine jujubes, sheer perfection. Had to post some pics as not many have, you can trust in these, they're great and despite other comments, they arrived fully dried out! I've had in tea and eaten a few when they arrived... Belissimo! 🫰🏽✨

Item arrived well packaged and in good order. The dates looked fantastic. I have never had them before so I cant compare them to any others or what they should be like. They were surprisingly dry and did have a musty smell. I had purchased them as they are known to have the ability to help with sleep. I had just one date (for sleep it is recommended a tea or about 5 or so are eaten). There is definitely an active compound in them as I developed quite a headache along with nausea which lasted about 8 hours. So, not for me, but I'm sure plenty of others would get on with them.
