Nice quality but size runs small. I have a 34" waist and the medium size (31"-36") could barely wrap around and velcro. Returning for size large.

I was recommended this by my pt. And am so glad I ordered the brand he recommended. I read other reviews of being uncomfortable. I wear mine to give me stability and relief for my lower back pain. It does help. And with the extra tension pully, it really gives you a squeeze and keeps my spine in place.

I among another reviewer purchased this to use instead of the dr prescribed one with the very large back piece. The prescribed one is kinda awkward carrying at work when not in use and of course was clunky looking under my shirts.I was unaware aspen made a smaller version of the brace but stumbled across it on Amazon one day and had to buy it since I do love the support the larger back brace had already given me. The pulley system is great. With having daily chronic pain and it not always being in the same spot it’s nice to be able to adjust where it’s tighter unlike the typical back brace on the market. When the brace is on I feel more stable and secure and not so weak in my lower back.Con1 there was clear evidence the box was opened, packaging ripped open and the brace taken out and already tried on before being shipped to my doorstep. I purchased something new and would like to receive something new not something used that could have god knows what on it. I saw another reviewers imagine complaining of the same issue and… GROSS!Con2 I purchased a size medium which should have fit per the sizing chart the company provided. But like many said, it did not fit me and I could barely velcro to the other side across my stomach.I ended up returning the brace I bought here because again it’s used and I’d rather spend my money elsewhere where I know the package I receive will not be opened. I didn’t want to risk ordering a larger size from here and getting another open box. I found that target online sells aspen back braces as well. It’s a few bucks more but very worth it in my opinion.Overall would I recommend this seller? NOBut I definitely recommend this brace for anyone suffering from lower back pain

Had a lumbar laminectomy for disc stabilization. This back brace worked great.

The brace is good, but they kept sending me used ones. And it is too close to your body to want to except a used one

This brace has two cords to use after putting it on that allow you to feel pressure on your spine as you pull them that make this brace more effective.

I'm a small adult female and this Aspen (Pro) Lumbar brace is more narrow in fit which is perfect for children and small adults. I was prescribed the Aspen Pro size XS after back surgery in 2015 so I respect the Aspen brand. I just bought Aspen Lumbar size M with same waist size as Pro XS. Lumbar M, less expensive, better fit.
