This stuff is sooooo good. I tried it first by mixing 3tbsp of powder and 2 tsp of instant espresso with 8oz of hot milk (similar to instructions on can.) It's really good, but extremely sweet. 3tbsp is 50% of recommended daily sugar. I cut it down to 2tbs and I'm quite happy with that. Still very sweet and super delicious.

This was not flaked white chocolate as we expected, however has a sugar like texture, combined with what looks like coffee mate, sounds gross but tastes divine. It makes the most amazing white hot chocolate when you stir four tsp into a mug of hot milk, and stir the same amount into freshly brewed coffee,( we have a senseo) and you have the most luxurious white mocha you can imagine. Rich, tasty and not too expensive this is worth every single naughty calorie. Oh and Hubbie says that it tastes awesome straight from the spoon in all it's grainy glory.

Great alternative to traditional hot chocolate. Very rich and smooth flavor. Always great on a chilly day. Works well when used for baking too.

Lange Zeit war ich auf der Suche nach einer weißen Schokolade mit der man etwas anfangen kann und die dazu auch noch schmeckt. Auch wenn der Preis sehr stolz ist, habe ich mir dann diesen Artikel gekauft. Als er ankam, nahm ich die Dose behutsam in die Hand und sah mir die Anleitung durch - gut, mal davon abgesehen, dass das ganze auf Englisch ist, steht unter anderem auch da wie man z.B. "White Mocha" mit machen kann. Aber auch für normale weiße Schokolade ist die Anleitung vorhanden. Als ich die Dose öffnete, musste ich mehrmals schnuppern. Roch ich da wirklich Kokos? Nun gut, riechen und schmecken sind ja zweierlei. Da ich zu faul war, habe ich wie mit der normalen heißen Schokolade gearbeitet: 2 extrem gehäufte Kaffeelöffel, etwas Milch und Wasser. Ich habe es sofort bereut. Das ganze war ja ZU süß!!! man konnte nichts anderes als SÜß schmecken. Dennoch ausgetrunken und das selbe Spiel ging von vorne los: Nur waren die kaffeelöffel nicht mehr gehäuft. Und als ich dann probierte, ging mein Herz auf. Es schmeckte unfassbar lecker und wie man gerochen hatte, auch leicht nach Kokos. Leider macht das ganze meines Erachtens auch süchtig - so wie andere Sachen die einfach lecker schmecken. ich werde mir die Dose mit Sicherheit noch einmal kaufen!
