I bought this thinkin it would be as good as my old one that I bought from a store which I love but the blades went dull on me after some years I ordered this new one and it's smooth but super dull like it was and already has been used I cannot get a good close shave and trying to have a nice detailed beard or mustache forget about it just entirely to weak and dull I strongly believe this trimmer had already been used and repackaged

The trimmer itself is OK. The worst part about it though is the small flat detail attachment. It catches your hair no matter what you do. The guard makes it worse, and unless its already trimmed down, you can't use it. It catches every single time. It was the same way with the older version as well, but was hoping they fixed it. They didn't. Update:: Had this since June. Battery now dies after about 5 min after full charge.

Not enough power. It pulls the hair instead if cutting it.

I can’t say enough bad things about this. Right out of the box it is too dull to use. The detail attachment is weak and it’s impossible to use without pulling your hair. The guard is cheap plastic and it’s almost impossible not to change the size accidentally while using. It’s amazing they knowingly sell a product this cheap and useless.

My wife bought the pg350 for me to replace my pg250, which I loved. The 350 started out great, but after a few months this thing is now gutless and works terribly. The battery dies quickly. Even when fully charged, the rpm is so low to be barely useable. I had my 250 for 10 years and was hoping for a repeat in quality and reliability. I was sorely mistaken. This is a cheaply made product and should only be $15 imo.
