This product is simply amazing truly a godsend!!!!Do take it with a meal once daily (breakfast) works for me.I notice that I get a bit of an after kind of burp if what I eat is a light meal, not saying that it should be a heavy breakfast just enough.Now onto to this miracle product.Things that I've noticed is just feeling great all day, I have had issues with a knee that I injured years ago.
