Will it stay up and not slide down?

Mine doesn’t slide down. I was on the boarder between medium and large, so I ordered the medium. I wear mine over workout attire or directly on my leg.

My measurement is 14, should I go with the medium or large?

The straps are elastic and have some stretch. I had a similar issue with large vs xlarge. I bought xl, however, ended up buying large. I needed this for running and after a bit felt xl seemed to slip (too large). Large fit snug but didn’t slip. Not sure if this helps. Guess it depends on how snug you want the brace.

Can anyone tell me what the opening size for the bottom and the top of the either 3xl or 4xl and how much the "sleeve" stretches?

The top and bottom openings are the same for this brace. For a 3XL it is 19.5" and the 4XL is 21.5". There is not a lot of stretch to this brace as there is reinforced stitching around the top and bottom edges. Thank you!

Does this pull on like a sleeve having to put foot thru the wrap?

Hi... you can either pull it up as a sleeve Or open the bands and wrap it around your knee and then close the bands again. One more thing I’d like to tell you is, as I own both this one and the long version of it, I recommend the other one [the long version]. It holds the knee and the patella much more firmly and it feels a lot more comfortable. I bought it for my patello-femoral pain syndrome to correct the tracking of my right patella.
