I have only bought the orange citrus flavor although I think there is at least one other. This one tastes a lot like the old (sugar laden) 'Tang' drink mix. The price is marginally more than another ketone salt product that I tried (and reviewed elsewhere), but the taste is superior, probably because the pH is adjusted correctly with the appropriate amount of citric acid.A word on dosage:The recommended dose of one 19 gram scoop is way more than necessary. By my own experience based on experimentation, I have found that 1/2 Tbsp of powder in 2 oz of water is sufficient for effective appetite control. The most anyone would ever need in one serving is 1 Tbsp in 4 oz of water. Any more than that is wasteful and no more effective. You do *not* need to use it on a regular basis, that also would be wasteful and costly. Just use it as a *tool* to help you through keto induction and to calm down the occasional but inevitable cravings that you can encounter when you are eating keto. It also helps you get back into keto painlessly whenever you drop out of keto metabolism. Do not think of it as a food or a supplement. I would highly recommend that if you’re serious about Keto ( I have never felt or looked better) then keep a jar of this on your shelf to supplement those rare occasions you fall off the wagon!
