Great for long runs
I love these for long runs. It keeps me motivated and gives me energy. I can tell when my mood starts to dip and i feel dread. I eat a couple and within minutes, i feel better. Easy to chew. Nice flavor. Like a candy

Great quick to eat chew
This my favorite energy chew of all. It's easier to chew than clif blocks which in my opinion makes it a better option when taking during a ride or run (I feel like you have to chew so long for clif) also these are so yummy I want to eat them all. They are a bit pricey, but I just end up using half of one for each ride I go on so it's not too bad.

Use it for climbing while hiking
I like the caffeine additive. Since I don't drink coffee I do feel an energy boost. Even if I'm only imagining it, it still makes me feel better

Delivered on time, but just three months to the expiration date
I received the delivery on the exact date as stated during the purchase. That was great. However the expiration date of the whole box of GU Energy Chews is 24th May - a bit more than three months from the date, on which I received them. That was a bit disappointing. I don't eat chews during each of my long runs and this now pretty much forces me to do so in order to use all of the 12 bags in the box before the expiration date.
