After less than 3 months of using it, base broke. I then contacted supported and have not received any reply. The say their product has 3 years of warranties!!! Made in China!

I purchased the Hooga PRO300 about two weeks ago for my teenage daughter, who plays soccer most days. We were looking for something she could use at home as part of her recovery routine after practices and games. My first impression is that this is a very well-constructed device. The panel and stand feel sturdy and substantial, and the overall quality exceeds my expectations. It’s also reasonably easy to move and take along when we travel for soccer. One thing that initially caught me off guard is the deeper-tissue setting. The panel can look like it’s barely illuminated, or even like it’s not on at all, when using that setting. Once I understood that this is normal, it wasn't an issue, but it’s worth knowing if you're new to this type of device. After about two weeks, my daughter says she feels like it has been helping with her recovery. Obviously, that’s subjective, and I can’t say how much of the improvement is actually from the light therapy versus normal recovery, sleep, training adjustments, etc. I appreciate that this is something we can easily use at home without adding much complexity to her routine. I also like that it isn't limited to something my daughter uses for sports. I can use it myself as part of my skincare routine, particularly for fine lines and wrinkles, so it gets more use in our household. It's definitely an investment and not an inexpensive device, but the build quality, portability, and versatility make it feel like money well spent so far. Two weeks isn't long enough for me to make any long-term claims, but our initial experience has been very positive.

This light is amazing for muscle aches and pain (like pulled muscles in your back or hips). The next day I felt 95% better! Even my family is coming over to use it too.

It doesn’t work and I just found out I can’t return it !!
