Insulin for yoghurt making
This is an excellent substrate for L. Reuterri yoghurt. Adding to milk while stirring along with L Reuterri starterI found that the yoghurt sets in 16-18 hrs .. just one bit of info. Make sure you buy a good yoghurt maker as L Reuterri is very temp sensitive species. And some of the yoghurt maleing maches sold on Amazon say that they are actually temp controlled, the one I bought had only a show pony switch the temp was constantly above 42.8 Centigrade.

Best Fiber Supplement Yet
This is an excellent fiber supplement! It dissolves fully in liquids, regardless of them being hot or cold, and no texture issues. There is minimal additional taste- just a little bit of sweetness. If you're adding a lot. I find it highly effective and easy to use. Some folks will need to scale up incredibly slowly if they do not have a diverse amount of fiber already in their diet to not end up in gastric distress.
