Are the dimensions different from the name brand? Why are people saying it doesn’t fit properly?

Your description says it filters particles as small as 0.3 microns. iqair's oem hyperhepa spec is .003. is yours a typo or is it really .3 microns?

HEPA has different levels of HEPA efficiency to further compare against each other. True HEPA Generally range from H10-H12 (85-99.5% of particles 0.1 micron) with higher the H grade the better. Medical grade range from H13-H14 (99.95-99.995% of particles 0.1 microns. Therefore there very well may be a difference between OEM and aftermarket.

My Error. This compatible pre filter IQAir HeathPro Series is decent.

IQ Air Health Pro has 3 component filters: Pre max, V Cell and HyperHepa. In error I ordered a 7 cm preMax filter, when I actually needed the 12 cm high HyperHepa. [It's hard to tell the difference from the online descriptions] However, I've actually used this brand of pre filter before and it was compatible, fit and worked fine.
