I have owned this feeder for about a month now & live in an area that is squirrel free, but i do love the little critters. I fill it with sunflower hearts & hang on a strong bird feeder pole & well the birds just love it, so i have purchased a 2nd one, as the other feeder i have looks like a flying saucer, has no perches, but all the birds ignore it, i feel because lack of perch facilities. This stainless steel bird feeder is very well made top & bottom with a strong plastic tube between, is easy to open top and bottom for cleaning purposes, it has a small extended lip on the bottom, that birds can also perch on & they seem to strip the outer coating of the sunflower heart and leave there, it also catches some dropped seed. It holds up very well to 3 or 4 birds feeding at once so helps our bird population thrive & the strong woven wire hanger gives you the option to hang high or low, or ignore it & hang from the ring on top of the feeder lid. The feeder is very easy to clean & comes up sparkling & so very easy to fill. once i hang in place i give a slight knock to each side, so seed is in view to eat & as it empties it falls down to the openings of the feeding stations. This feeder may be pricier than others, but the well made construction & well thought out design, ease of cleaning by being able to release both top & bottom of feeder & i feel the longevity of this feeder makes the price ok, though i did buy both of mine on an offer price, so was under £20, after buying the 1st one i would have paid full price for th 2nd but offer still on, I fully recommend & would purchase again.

This is a fantastic stainless steel bird seed feeder. It seems slightly expensive, but is really well designed & made, & it will last for years. If you register it, you can get a 6-month warranty. It is very easy to keep clean. It is easy to refill & has a good strong hangar. With it being stainless steel with a good strong tube it will certainly deter any Squirrels or Rats. This is definitely an exceptional quality feeder & worth every penny.

I’ve had this feeder for two weeks now and I am very pleased with it. It is exactly how described , very well made and easy to clean and fill. The birds love it and the squirrel fell off it . Well worth the money.

Excellent deign and of strong construction! One thing that could be improved upon is the bottom feeding rail and tray, they are a little on the small side! Could be of bigger and heavier gauge! However, my birds are loving it. It has six feeding stations, which is great. One snag, cleaning out the bottom of the feeder is difficult because the base is not removable. Highly recommend!

These were purchased to replace the standard green plastic offerings from the garden centre. These are certainly more robust and sturdy. They attach firmly to the feeding station and have not detached even in gale force winds. The stainless steel top and bottom and surrounds to the feeding stations mean that the contents are kept drier and flow freely, and ensure that they are easier to clean. The additional perches mean more birds can access at any time. They are easy to fill and clean and the birds took to them very quickly, having initially been put off by the shiny stainless steel. We have found that the jackdaws and rooks have found it less easy to get the seeds and so have given up, allowing more finches to access the feeders. We have not had any issues with squirrels, so I'm unable to comment on squirrel protection. We have many more birds visiting the feeding station since making the change to these feeders. The only downside is that the local sparrowhawk appreciates the provision of the bird buffet that this creates!

Great quality, sturdy bird feeder. It took some time for the local birds to get used to it but now it feeds the bluetits and great tits on a daily basis. The feeder looks great, is easy to fill and clean, and it's easy to see when levels of food are getting low. I particularly like the more heavy duty hanging cable included with the feeder compared to the usual flimsy plastic hangers a lot of feeders come with.

Good quality, heavy duty, bird feeder, easy to clean and fill. Bought back in November 2025 and used every day since then. The birds were a little wary of it when I first put it up, but they are completely at home with it now. I had to cut off the wire hanging loop as it was in the way, since I wanted to suspend it from a s-hook in a small tree. I usually have to empty the last seeds in the bottom of the tube out before I refill it, as they sometimes get a little damp. The pigeons have taken to waiting underneath the feeder in the hope of picking up the few seeds that the smaller birds drop, so it has also cut down the amount of food the pigeons previously managed to consume. It has withstood the onslaught of heavy rain and violent winds in the past few weeks very well. I am happy to recommend it.

Wonderful product. Wish I had just bought these years ago. Squirrels eat through plastic versions within days but no issues now. The long metal hanging wire has a clip to add security to the pole. I like how easy it is to remove the feeder from the lid without having to actually remove the secured wire and clip. The base is also removable so cleaning is very easy with nowhere for seed to awkwardly collect. 6 feeding ports are great. The removable base doubles as a complete circular perch and a small gathering tray for birds to feed from too. Seed seems better contained at each port with less being deposited on the ground despite high winds and recent storm. I have had this for over a month through winter - lots of rain and ice and a little snow and no signs of any rusting or dulling of the plastic at all unlike plastic versions whose plastic dulled very quickly. I now own 2 of these and every day I’m seeing more birds and varieties of birds, visit my garden. Easy to use, not heavy and is an ideal fit for poles or trees. Highly recommend with a 6 month guarantee easy to access and complete. Highly recommend.

Semble très solide. Les deux ouvertures en haut et en bas permettent un nettoyage complet. Ce n'était pas le cas sur un autre tube que j'utilisais jusqu'à présent. La mangeoire a été adopté très facilement par mes petits oiseaux sauvages. Même un petit rouge gorge qui est en général assez timide à côté des mésanges bien plus curieuses. Les moineaux eux comme toujours, sont contents de trouver des graines :)

Es ist wirklich sehr massiv und qualitativ hergestellt worden und es macht auch immer wieder Spaß den schönen lieben Vögel zuzugucken wie sie sich jeden Tag aufs neue auf das Fressen freuen. Wirklich ein sehr gutes Produkt. Kann ich nur weiterempfehlen. MfG. :)

Das Kunststoff-Material der Röhre ist klar und zusammen mit dem Edelstahl-Deckel und -Basis, sowie den Edelstahl-Sitzstangen - einfach eine sehr solide und perfekte Verarbeitung und auch sehr benutzerfreundlich zu reinigen ! Ich habe schon lange nach Ersatz für unsere 8 Jahre alte Futter-Röhre ähnlicher Bauart gesucht ! Dies ist endlich der perfekte Ersatz !
