Decent, good quality; you have options to choose from, so you can choose which one is most comfortable, so when you take it off, it doesn't get stuck in your hair. Because you have different sizes and shapes. The only downside is if you wear it for 40+ minutes, the corners on the side are at one point on the left and right side of your head, so it puts pressure on it, and eventually it starts to hurt, so you have to fix it with your hands to change the position. So if it didn't put so much pressure, I would rate it 5/5.
