I found a case/ complaint from the federal trade commission against iSpring. Does anyone know anything about this case?

iSpring sold all its rights to Amazon from what I am researching. There is no "About Me" other than pointing to Amazon for sales. Anyone provide info to their customer service/warranty support?

Is there a version of this system with a larger tank?

We have 4 gallon, 5.5 gallon, 11 gallon, 20 gallon and 40 gallon tanks available.

Can I place this in my basement and run multiple lines to different sinks throughout my house? If so, will I need something to boost the pressure?

In short, yes you can do what you explain without any added pumps. Best thing for doing what you desire is to upgrade to a larger storage tank. This will allow you to run multiple lines without stress on the system for your demands. But as an example, with the standard 3gal tank, I have no problem with lines running over 10' above the tank and still have good pressure. Just doesn't last long with the small tank.Remember, this system makes a decent amount of waste water, so don't expect 10gal to go in and 10gal to come out. If you plan on using it throughout your house, the cost and water consumption will surprise you.

Does this filter VOC's?
