How do I inflate my Horizon Half-Balance Ball?

1. Place on floor with base facing up. 2. Use plug remover tool to unplug the valve. 3. Insert the pump, hold with one hand, and pump with the other. 5. When inflated to 8"" off the ground, remove the pump and quickly replace plug in the valve.

How is a half-balance ball different from a full balance ball?

The half-balance ball can be used with the stable flat side down, or with the dynamic round side down, making it both more versatile and intuitive to use.

Is the Horizon a good way to get into at-home fitness?

Yes! It takes less space than most at-home fitness tools, while giving you a really solid set of options for engaging fitness sessions. It's as great for beginners as it is for fitness junkies!

Is the Horizon suitable to take to my Yoga or Pilates class?

Sure! It's lightweight (14.3 lbs), and it doesn't take much space. Plus it has 2 convenient handles that make it easier to carry.

What if I'm on the heavier side - can I still use the Horizon safely?

Yes! You can absolutely use it as long as you don't exceed the 440 lbs user weight limit!
