my new favorite mouse
I absolutely love this mouse. The quality of this Ergonomic wireless mouse is very well made, it is also very pretty with the changing colors. it was a bit confusing at first but once acclimated to how it works, then it is like 2nd nature. The way the mouse is made is so your hand is naturally fitting around it and gripping it like a car shifter, it is comfortable and I no longer have painful wrist and arm if I have to work long hours. I love that it has the blue tooth technology but I prefer to have it plugged into the laptop while using it so I don't have to wait for it to charge up.

What you have read is TRUE
3/15/23 Just an update, I am on to #4 now. :-) 3/1/23 I purchased this mouse originally one week ago due to my hand hurting more than a little - along with my finger joints and tips. I spend roughly 12-14 hours on my computers 5 days out of the week, with approximately 8 daily on the weekends. Don't get me wrong, I am a HUGE fan of my Apple Magic Mice, but the extended periods of computer usage does not coincide with comfort lately. I do not use the touch pad after over 20 years of rubbing my fingers across those, my finger tips will begin to hurt immediately. I will have to resort to using those again when I am out and about and will have short usage on my computer. USAGE: At any rate, my being on the verge of serious tears and working extremely slow pushed me to find something else. I had looked at the latest Logitech vertical ergo mouse, but was not sure about price for something I had no personal experience in vouching for its ability to meet my needs. I chose instead to give this DeLux a shot - especially with it having the additional wrist slider attachment. For me, I know that would be the next thing to ache (side of the wrist) from sliding against the desk top. To the point, after one hour of usage, my hand was already feeling better. One week now, my fingers no longer hurt. After the two days of usage, I purchased another one for an additional set of computers. I have several computers and I alternate between them, and a single mouse does support multiple devices. Right now, I will most likely purchase a third to leave at the computer in my other home office. (My preference is to bounce from one machine to the next without the need to carry even a mouse with me.) GENERAL FUNCTION: 1. Wheel - Contrary to what was posted elsewhere in the function of the DeLux Ergo mouse, the wheel does work for additional navigation on a Mac. 2. To deal with the lack of control over your mouse pointer as you navigate your machine, just use the button on the very top of the mouse to change the mouse speed. It makes a world of difference and you will not have to fight to find your position because of it flying all over the place as you adjust to a new hand position. 3. On a Mac, I have not had any issues with the bottom thumb click buttons either. They work as well. 4. If you're running dual platforms (Windows virtual machine), I have had some issues with using the mouse to right click and copy a row of information on the Mac side to then paste on the Windows side (or vice versa). For some odd reason, it seems to not hold the values copied in an agnostic manner to cross over platforms. However, as long as I remain in the land of the copy for pasting, there are no issues. My workaround is to simply highlight what I want with the mouse and use the keyboard function to copy and paste when bouncing between the two operating systems. 5. Wrist Attachment - easily removable, but I do not see a need to do so because it makes it even easier to glide along with a nice clip in completing my movements on the mouse.

good with one one annoying issue.
I spend 10-12 hours a day at my desk working from home, with a setup of five screens. Lately, I started noticing some CTS symptoms, so I decided to get an ergonomic mouse. This one does the job, though it takes some getting used to, and your arm muscles might complain for a few days due to the new position. It definitely helps with the CTS. The mouse has programmable buttons if you download the driver from the website, and I’ve set up several profiles for my work, which works great. The downside is that when using it wirelessly, it drops your custom profile if it’s been idle too long, requiring you to reopen the software and reactivate the profile. This doesn’t happen when it’s connected by wire, which makes the wireless issue pretty annoying.

Overall the attention to details to this mouse is incredible
The RGB light works fine, but the complete dark back cover that block the lighting so your eyes are not disturbed is a life savior, I am very relieved you thought about it. The thumb scroll wheel is complete genius idea that you want to use it everywhere for everything. The several DPI mode is awesome, it has successfully replaced my gaming mouse. The led display and switch button so easy at finger touch, is so convenient. Most of the time I use it connected in USB mode, so not yet fully tested the battery. Connectivity works fine, even very easy when Bluetooth mode in Windows11 because it displays alert nearby device found do you want to connect, very straight forward, remain focused on your work not on the mouse troubleshooting. Bluetooth option make it compatible with many devices. The usb cable might appears so obvious but no, many brand get that part wrong. The usb cable is shielded and durable, yet it remains very light and flexible. Plus the usb connector between cable and mouse has very strong firm grip, almost like if cable was built inside not removable. With years it wont suffer cable disconnection when mouse move while using. This ensure me that cable is not only for charging, using mouse with usb cable is also a real usable mode. The palm rest attachment is a life savior, it makes it more heavy for when hands is in pain and I need the mouse to be heavy slow. Being magnetic just reduce the headache or burden of adding/removing it. So easy to add it like bling of an eye, I remain focused on the work I am doing. No need to stop and focus on attaching the mouse palm rest. Above all, it has answered the main reason I choosed and bought it, for no noise when clicking, silent. A complete mute for people around you in the room, but not complete mute for yourself. For yourself it will be more like dampen noise. For yourself it is not absolute silent like those mini traveler mouse, cheap mechanism that get broken after heavy use in gaming. The mouse have like same high quality mechanism you could expect from a pro graming mouse but with a silent touch. You can feel the mouse click like a pro gaming mouse and this happens without the noisy click sound. Feeling the mechanic of the mouse click is necessary for me. After long session of work you do not have the noise effect of many clicks. For me this is same as totally mute 100% silent, plus I appreciate the normal mouse click feeling that remained. This mouse is versatile efficient one that can do more than usual brand found, plus at a fraction of the price compared to others. Overall the attention to details to this mouse is incredible, we feels it has been built by someone who really use it.

It's fine, just not worth the cost
Fine for everyday use in general. Fits well and I have not had any durability or connection issues thus far, even though the plastic frame is cheap feeling. The DPI change button and the forward/backward button are in very annoying spots on the mouse but I've been able to avoid pressing them accidentally for the most part. It is completely unusable for certain gaming applications however. There is firmware which basically prevents you from ADSing and a whole bunch of undocumented functions for the RGB which are entirely unnecessary and can't be removed. The device driver being so minimal does not help this. Again, its alright, but not worth $65.

It lasted a year
THE GOOD I work in a call center and I bought this to be my work mouse. Having a volume knob always at hand, is important for me. This mouse is great for that. The knob on the side can be mapped to control volume using the DeLux's software on my home computer and the mouse remembers my settings when I plug it into the computer at the office without having to install any software. I LOVE the shape and the ergonomics. It slides across the desk well enough AFTER you remove the white peels from the bottom of the mouse. (It took me a week + to realize there were peels/protective plastic stickers, that needed to be removed, totally unmarked and not obvious). My mouse did ship with an optional cover for the LED lights. A total + for office use. It also charges via a USB-C cable. THE BAD I used this mouse from April 2023 to June 2024, 8 hours a day, 5 days a week. However, I just don't trust using it further. From day 1, the battery charge % was never particularly accurate. I could walk into the office and have it show a 40% charge left. By the time I would take my first break, it would show 45% (without charging it) only for it to show 30% or 60% when I came back from break. I like the mouse so much that I just lived with this issue. It would occasionally die on me but I would just plug it into a USB cord and keep using it. However, due to the issues with the charge indicator I made sure to never charge the device overnight or leave it charging unsupervised. Recently, the battery issue has been getting worse. Even after charging the mouse for an hour or two, the decorative LEDs and the red LED on the bottom of the mouse track movement, would randomly start flickering and flashing as if they were losing power. The mouse would somehow keep working without issue. I am not sure if the issue is with the battery or the battery controller or something else. However, with all the news about lithium battery fires, I just don't trust this device. I have already bought a replacement mouse (search Amazon for B0CR948NX6 ) that is half the price ($27 currently). I emailed DuLUX customer support about all the above issues to see if they would offer any warranty or advice. This is the full response I received (admittedly within 24 hours) "Hi, Please do not worry the battery. We use certified batteries. It will not catch fire or over charge. Maybe the OLED screen doesn't show the right amount of power. Best regards" I'll also point out that I also couldn't find any warranty information on their website. Or links to it on their home page. The mouse itself is also a cheep feeling. The plastic feels thin and hollow. The mouse wheel works but feels like a mouse from the 1990s the thumb wheel works but really feels like a ping pong ball. The Decorative LED has a low refresh rate/frame rate. AKA the animations aren't the smoothest. The color saturation on the LED and their brightness is also low. The price for this mouse is overinflated. This mouse just doesn't feel, look, or work like a $67+ mouse. I own Logitech mice that are in the same price range and they just feel way more premium. If the mouse didn't fit my hand as well as it did, I would have returned it the day I bought it.

Comfy, easy, versatile!
I love vertical mice, and this one is the best I've ever used. It fits very well in my large-ish hands, but that's pretty subjective & depends a lot on your individual preference. Regardless of ergonomics though, it's just a great mouse with great features!! It is very quick to charge with the included USB-C cable. And the battery really does last several weeks! You can also charge it while using it. It glides easily on my wooden desk, has plenty of buttons, and lots of customizability. I like that you can customize the RGB colors and patterns with the software. I'm usually not an RGB fan, but this mouse has some nice calming RGB effects that I dig, or you can turn em off entirely. You can also map & remap buttons, which is super handy for gaming & productivity workflows. There's a button up top that, by default, let's you switch DPI. However, I found myself hitting it a bunch accidentally and I don't usually want to adjust my DPI on-the-fly, so I just mapped that button to something more innocuous! ezpz The small screen on top is very convenient to quickly see what mode you're in, your DPI, and your charge percentage. Both the screen and RGB lights turn off after a bit of idle time. Overall, this is far-and-away the finest mouse in my collection. I can highly recommend it to anyone who likes vertical mice, or who want to try one for the first time!

No Mac driver for customization?
Using with a 2021 MacBook Pro M1. It connects but not all buttons are supported. I'm disappointed there is no Mac driver and they do not this in the product description. There is no way to remap any of the buttons or even use the left side scroll wheel or thumb buttons unless you are running windows. They do not make a driver for the Mac which would have been nice to understand before purchasing. Also, I am an average 190lb 6ft male and it feels small in my hand. I tried relying on other reviews to gauge this before purchasing and many said it was good for larger hands. I would disagree with them. It is still functional but I have to pull my finger back to reach the scroll wheel and over time this begins to create stress in my hand. I also have the Logitech MX vertical mouse which I use at another location. I would say all in all, that is a much better feeling and performing mouse. It fits properly in my hand but I really wish it had the wrist support that the one does as my palm often sticks to the pad or table when using and that becomes distracting while I work. I didn't realize the slides underneath it had a protective white film at first and it felt kinda stuck and progressively got worse. When I turned it over I noticed a couple of the stickers peeling back which was a pleasant "ah-ha" moment because now it slides the way I expected it to. What I did like: I really do like the wrist rest a lot. I've tried other brands that also have the rest and none felt as solid as this one. The lights and design are pretty. Battery seems pretty good and recharging is fast. Final words... Since this was $70 and I can't get the left side scroll and buttons to do anything on my Mac, I will be sending this back. I really wanted to like it.

Negro, Duradero y funcional
