How do you sterilize the paddle if it's used on multiple people?

Washing your board with vinegar and hot water will remove germs and odors. For a deeper clean, sprinkle baking soda on the surface, spritz with watered-down vinegar and scrub with a brush. Remember to rinse well and stand the boards up to dry.

What is the length of the handle

The "handle" is 4 inches long. However, the grip (the narrow part of the handle around which your fingers wrap) is only 3 inches long. I have very large hands and have no problem gripping the handle. But my little finger actually wraps around the large portion at the end of the handle. If you live in Northern California, I'd be happy to let you try mine out ;-)
