Good product, good support
I had some trouble getting this display going. Using an Arduino Mega and some sample code found online, I ended up with just 1 LED coming on. When I reached out to the manufacturer, they were responsive and offered a wiring diagram to assist. They also mentioned that 1 LED lit often means no data connection. I verified solid connections and when that still didn’t work, the manufacturer offered to send a remote controller to use for testing. It was then that I realized I had switched data with ground. Duh. If only I looked at that after the support engineer mentioned it... Once I made the proper connection the unit worked well. Bright, rich colors. This is my first experience with an LED matrix, but if need to by another, I wouldn’t hesitate to purchase this one again. TL;DR: Good customer service Nice matrix display Would buy again

Good panel at a good price
This is a good panel at a good price. I ordered two at $37.88 each, and tested them first thing to make sure there were no dead pixels. Both panels work flawlessly. Color rendering is good, and is consistent across the panel. Each panel was in a nice white box, but I was surprised that instead of being placed in an ESD protective anti-stat bag, the panels were wrapped in bubble wrap, known for holding static charge. My only issue is that the advertised size is incorrect - they are not 0.48ft by 0.48ft. They measure 6 5/16 inches (square), which is 0.53ft. Your enclosure needs to be at least 6 3/8' inside measurement. If I had built my enclosures relying on the 0.48ft description I would've been rather angry because the panels will not fit inside a 6" square hole. WS2812 LEDs get a little warm when holding a bright color over time and this panel does as well, since the LEDs are closely spaced. You need to give them good ventilation. For those reviewers whining about the serpentine addressing - this is the most efficient way to connect the rows (or columns). Build your own panel and you'll see. There is a simple solution - simply create a 2D ([rows][cols]) map that converts a logical row+column position into the corresponding physical position in the panel.

Very good quality and ease of use
I got two of the 8x32 version, and i must say the quality is impeccably good for both of them. Both were packaged very well and even include a extra 3 pin connector, which is nice, and both were totally clean and undamaged when they arrived. These things are ridiculously bright even at low power levels, like I can light up my whole room at just 5% brightness bright, even with just the output of a Arduino Uno! They are also very easy to use, only really needing care not to accidentally send more then 5V into them, otherwise it's almost as easy as plug-and-play. Definitely a very great LED array, far better then most of the other ones I have seen around the same price. I recommend using a external power source though, these things really can pull a lot of volts and amps at higher brightness!

Great Display with rich colors!
This is a 5 star display but I subtracted one star to the lack of documentation. This display has rich colors and works well with the FastLED library. The package arrived per the suppliers commitment and was well packed. I did see some flicker but at this time I'm attributing it to my power supply. I'm getting a 1000 uf lytic to reduce the demand on the supply. I found out that the flickering was due to my driver. I switched to an Arduino UNO and everything worked great. I'm impressed with the brightness. I dimmed it down and it still supplied plenty of light. A quick connector was supplied which made it easy to interface it to the supply and the data source. Opportunities are as follows. I didn't receive any documentation and when I went to the site the product wasn't listed. I'm still confused on why there are two wires in the center of the matrix labeled 5v and DIN. I can see having the power coming in at the center but why the data also. I assume there was a reason but without any information I didn't use it.

Best choice for your money on LED Matrix
Arrived quickly and carefully packed. Used at first with Arduino nano to make a sign for my car's windshield for Uber and Lyft. Very , very bright. I have installed behind 90% tinted window film and still is very bright during daylight time. I have used the same foam box included to mount on windshield after painting it black Now I got the controller from BTF and works great too. I will provide a separated review and video for it.. The quality of the 8X32 matrix is Excellent and less than half of price from other brands. I have ordered multiple units. BTF customer service is the best with replies in just hours and not days. Now I am planing to create a pool RGB matrix with multiple units

Pretty Awesome with important notes.
These LED panels are pretty awesome and I highly recommend them, especially when hooked up to the SP107E controller (Note the following though.) 1. Set the SP107E controller to GRB, WS2811 (I know it is different but the only one which works) 32 Segments x 8 Pixels per segment. 2. The wattage says up to 76.8 watts so I bought a big PSU. When I tested it though it can use much much less power and still be bright enough in a room that is very well lit / or bright with daylight. I found the minimum wattage to only use 1.9 to 2.1 watts even with the controller, and at a very good brightness about 7 watts. Yes it will go up to the maximum wattage if you push it but that is not needed at all. I am running two panels now for 512 pixels and use an average of 3 to 3.8 watts (this is measured at 120V input to PSU) total with controller in daylight.

Don't Buy. Bad Quality Control.
My guess is that these things have been sitting around for too long and maybe just went bad after being exposed to probably too much heat or something. I got one and only about 2/3rds of the LEDs would light up, they also wouldn't respond to the Arduino code correctly. The code works fine on other WS2812B LEDs so whatever maybe just bad luck. I got a replacement shipped to me and this time they all do light up, however again they don't respond correctly and just seem to do their own thing. I checked my code again and used a bunch of random code(specifically for these kinds of matrixes) off the internet that also doesn't work with this thing. But guess what? The code works just fine with my other WS2812B LEDs. Either the posting here is wrong or there is a pretty bad QC issue with these things nowadays. Now I have 2 pieces of garbage that I need to ship back on my own time before I can even get a refund. Fun. Don't buy, there's plenty of other postings for the same thing on Amazon, so don't order these. Bad quality control.

Fantastic but for best results use arduino
Great matrix but it is crazy bright at full power and really does draw alot of power so for most uses make sure you drop brightness right down, at minimal brightness it can run from USB power, any more than minimum you'll need external power from a small external power supply or via molex or Sata power. An arduino atmega328p is more than enough to power any designs and I'm using a nano. To get the best look you'll want a diffuser of sorts in front of the led like frosted acrylic (the video uses a little wrapping tissue paper for the same effect)

Pixel LED
Bonne luminosité voir trop au MAX bonne couleur et niveau réaction très fluide! Avantage sur ce model elle à plus de pixel pour le rendu des images!
