These work amazing without making you feel.sleepy or weird. They help me fall asleep when my mind races at night. They also take anxiety away and make you more relaxed. They taste great which is a plus. They do the job. Will reorder for sure!

I’ve gotten these in pill form as well as gummies. Both work very well. They aren’t as strong as Ativan or Xanax, but they definitely, subtlety, took the edge off of my feelings of anxiety. However, they did not work for my partner, so it really does depend on your body type.

He pasado por un largo periodo problemático que me trajo bastante ansiedad. De alguna manera estás gomitas me dan un estado de 'no- overthink ' en dónde de alguna manera mi mente se calla y puedo pensar una cosa a la vez. Claro que hay que ayudarse uno intentándolo, pero he notado que es más fácil y me siento tranquila. Las he tomado junto con las de happy de la misma marca y me agrada el efecto. Si las recomiendo.
