Sharper Image Portable Travel Sound Soother 20 with LCD Alarm Clock + Thermometer (SI601)

I owned one before. The alarm is very loud. But I do enjoy the different sounds that come with this.

I just got this & use it at home at least 5 nights a week. Am going on week 3 with the batteries and still going strong. I was worried the batts wouldn't hold out long enough for a trip, but apparently they do. I would have given it 5 stars, but I didn't get the accessories that they said came with it, and also didn't notice that a power cord was NOT included (my bad)..

It worked for 2 weeks and then stopped. I noticed that it was more beat up than I expected when I recieved it, but it worked great and I loved it until it stopped working.

Pros: + nice size for travel + great selection of sounds + dual alarms + uses batteries or electric + sleep timer is nice, saves battery life Cons: - buttons do not light up, so can not see in the dark. Only display screen has a light. - does not come with power adapter - no lock feature, so it can be turned on when packed. - too expensive for what it is
