JNCCVRXL Cover for Jump-N-Carry Jump Starter Models JNCAIR, JNC770R, JNC950, JNC1224, JNCXFE

As of this review on 01/06/2023 this JNCCVRXL (Black) cover is listed at $16.63 which is reasonable in my opinion. Clore Automotive sells the JNCCVRXL (Black) directly on their website for $13.45 but you'll probably need to pay for shipping. With that said, Clore Automotive does not sell all of their branded products directly so it is not a one stop shop. This cover is gimmicky but worth it and I usually go the extra mile to protect and take care of my stuff and Clore Automotive offers great products so that's how I justify this. I purchased the JNCCVRXL for my JNC770R and it fit with plenty of extra room. I was shocked at the build quality of the cover as it was thicker than I was expecting but more importantly, an effective shield to protect from the elements to a certain extent. The cover does have a cut out on the top for the booster pack handle to be accessible when the cover is on. There is also a flap on the bottom, which has Velcro, that is used to place your booster pack in the cover so your booster pack will not be in direct contact with the ground when the cover is used. Unfortunately the booster pack can not be used with the cover on which is really the only thing that could be improved on.

The bag is made a great quality. Fits very good. The way you put it on might need a little revamp.

I wanted a way to keep the instructions close by the Jump Starter. It's perfect for keeping the two together. Also can easily squeeze in the power cord. This Hosa one we purchased with the bag works well. Hosa PWC-178 IEC C9 to NEMA 1-15P Power Cord, 8 feet Placing the Starter on its side makes sealing the cover's bottom a simple chore. The Jump-N-Carry unit is always powered, so keeping it in this case reduces the chance that someone might touch both leads at once. A nice safety bonus. Overall, I think this is well worth the few bucks it costs to protect an investment that will probably last years.

Purchased for the JNC770R and fit fine. The large size cover is slightly larger than the booster. It is more of a loose fit rather than a snug fit. It is however easy to get the booster within the cover. Overall a decent item that completes the booster. Should really come with the booster and not sold separately. Recommended item.

This cover is made of quality material and resists rain. It opens from the bottom with Velcro strip.
