Quality
I was looking for a product to reduce microwave explosions that occur at times. I found this wonderful product built with quality material. Unfortunately, the handle broke on mine, however, this was a shared community item.

Great cover!
Very handy too use, the handle makes it easy to remove the cover, without getting fingers dirty or hot.

I liked the size and design very much, The handle is a great idea. After the second use the handle top detached at the top, the bottom still held well We could not fix it so we used a dab of super glue. So far it is holding after several uses in the microwave.

Repeated Issue with the Center Vent
Same Issue Twice I purchased this item twice, and both had the same issue. The first one broke after about 4 months, and the second one broke after a little over a month. In both cases, the center vent piece cracked and eventually came off during normal use. It seems like a durability or design issue. Hope this can be improved.

Handle broke after two weeks of use….
UPDATE - 12/4/23 - Customer Service was great, they are taking care of me, I will bump it up to three stars based on that. Customer service was awesome, but product still flawed, the handle is not robust enough. Was all excited for a clean microwave, handle broke after two weeks of use. I had read in previous reviews that the handle had been reworked to be stronger. Apparently I did not get one that was reworked…

The best. I keep buying and giving them to delighted family and friends. I am going to get another for myself and keep because I have observed when an item is very good, and one tries to buy it again the dreaded "this item is no longer in stock" pops up.

The look of glass, the ease of plastic.
This is by far the best cover I have ever purchased. It has a super clear glass like texture that has stood up to lots of heat and avoided stains from sauces. It rinses clean easily, and is very durable. I did have a small incident with the handle, but a touch of super glue and we were back in business. Its the look and function of glass without the weight. It fits perfectly on large plates and over smaller ones. It also has a venting system on the top that lets you decide how much steam to hold in. Definitely worth the price!
