Vitamix Blender Smoothie Book: 101 Superfood Smoothie Recipes for your Vitamix 5200, 5300, 6300, 7500, 750 or Pro Series Blender (Vitamix Pro Series Blender Cookbooks)

I like that this smoothie book lists different smoothies for different health issues (Detox, Blood Sugar, Immune System, Anti-Aging, etc.), but someone didn't proof-read the recipes very well as I've noticed some are missing ingredients in the recipes. For example, on page 104 the Flaxseed Spinach smoothie doesn't list spinach in the ingredients, and on page 113, the Strawberry Peach smoothie doesn't list peaches in the ingredient list! These are just a couple of examples but you will find them throughout this book, which was a disappointment to me. Additionally, the measurements are only in cups or teaspoons/tablesoons, but not in grams, which I prefer.

Love our Vitamix! We make smoothies, soups, chop in it etc. We gave our, about 20 year old, Vitamix to the youngest grandson. So we just HAD TO replace it. :) Our children and other grandchildren had one already. Everyone uses theirs to the max.

Lots of good recipes for smoothies. Liked the nutritional profiles for each formula. Made it easy to see protein impact.

Haven't used many recepies out of the book yet, but the ones I have used are good.

Nice variety of recipes. The challenge with some of these recipe books is: many call for items which we just don't seem to have in our pantry. Anyhow, overall, a nice book!

A good companion recipe book to go with the Vitamix machine. Tasty and easy to prepare recipes.

I actually found a few recipes that seem to be missing ingredients, i.e. a peach one that does not list peaches. And there is no index. Other than that, it is ok.

Clicked on the item by mistake and got charged. I do not have a kindle so was not able to access the book. I would like to be refunded for this.

Gave as Xmas gift, recipient was very happy.
