I haven’t had any issues with these two pairs. Had them for about a month. They work great, the changing spring is a HUGE plus that I definitely used to overlook when I bought grip strengtheners before. You can can whole work outs with these. Work sets of fingers on the lowest setting and then go back to some regular forearms just by twisting the nob at the end. Quality? Good. The rubber starts to rub off if you’re being rough on it. But that’s because it’s a soft rubber. Its also what makes it so comfortable. I’ve got big hands and long fingers and these worked great for me. The females in my classes enjoy using them too. They haven’t expressed any legitimate concerns so I guess it’s approved by quite a few hands.

Excellent adjustable hand grip. I like to have one set to an easier setting and have one at a difficult setting. They come as a set of two. With the easy setting I just use my thumb along with the index, and bird flipping finger to also strengthen the thumb. I turn it upside down to do it, but it can be done either way. My was is better though. It has a wide range of resistance, you simply turn the know to the right to make it more difficult, or left to wuss it out. It's a neat product! My only complaint is that the handles could be a touch longer. My pinky hangs a bit over the end. Can't give it less than 5 stars though. It's well built and effective.

This product seems very well constructed and has a solid quality feel. The dial that adjusts tension is a nice feature and works well. The only issue is that every time I use them they shed a small amount of black plastic flakes. This appears to be caused by friction wear on the black plastic at the handle joints where they rub together. I thought this would stop after they were "broken in" but I've used these for 6 weeks and I see no reduction in this shedding. Not a deal buster but still a bit annoying.

These hand grip strengtheners work as advertised. They can be readily adjusted to harder settings.

These are a pretty good value. They work great! At the lightest setting they're comparable to a bicycle hand brake, and at the maximum I can barely squeeze it with two hands. I have long skinny fingers. Finger length shouldn't be a problem unless you're a professional basketball player, but if you have wide hands your pinky finger might hang off the end. One of mine makes a quiet creaking sound, but the other is silent.

I loved it and quality was great especially with grip adjustment.

I am glad they come in a two pack they work great sometimes the button at the front of the spin part falls out but to me that's not a big deal I love that they are adjustable I bought this set twice someone seen me with one and wanted mine so I purchased a second pack as a small gift

I own the captains of crush grips and while those are good, I bought these because the captains of crush are at the higher end of resistance which is fine but I can't do as many reps. Also they have begun to squeak pretty loud but I guess I could oil them. These work great and so far don't squeak. Some things I wish were better. The white lettering on the side rubbed off almost immediately. Also the end cap keeps popping off which is more of a cosmetic thing. Neither of these issues inhibit the use of the grips, it's just kind of annoying. I do wish the hand grips were a little longer. My fingers feel a little cramped. For the price on 2, they're pretty good.

Build is plastic, which I believe will eventually break. But it's a good first time gripper who is looking to get into testing if this works out for them.

The product worked well for the first 2 months. Beyond that I noticed it was getting worn down in 3 areas; the bottom of the spring connected to the adjustment dial, the joint in between both handles where it would rub, and the rear handle. Within the 3rd month, the rear handle broke completely as shown in the photo. You're better off buying a trainer made of more sturdy materials.

Spring on the one of the Grip Strengthener has already broken.
