MY CAT REFUSED THE LITTER BOX after I sprinkled the smallest amount of this product in it. We keep a very clean litter box, we pick the droppings at least twice a day but I decided to go the extra-mile and buy this product. First of all, the product smells like nothing at all. I sprinkled a small amount into the box, mixed into the clumping sand and let the cat smell it. To my surprise, after smelling it, my cat refused to go anywhere near the litter box. She ran away. I thought it may take some getting used to, so I changed the whole mix right away and didn't use Felight for a couple of days. Last night I decided to sprinkle again a little bit of Felight into her box hoping for the best. In the morning I woke up to find that she pooped in the sink instead of the box. She NEVER did that before. If I could give a -1 star I would. It's been extremely frustrating having to clean the whole bathroom and the cat at 6am. So, if you don't want to find yourself deep cleaning cat poop from most unexpected places first thing in the morning, don't use this product.

Horrible!! Product was damaged - the powder was all over the package. Broken. It felt like sand - there was no fragrance either. Worst part - no return or refund is allowed

the seller just gave a sand!! No smell not a deodorizer!! Packaging is broken and not eligible for return! What a waste of money! Karma is real just wait for it!!!

The product is a grey powder which, when mixed into (or a thin layer placed under) your normal cat litter material, helps keep the mess and area sanitary and better smelling for both humans and cats. This product is easy to use, easy to clear away and complementary to the base litter’s own clumping and freshness. The packaging is, however, decidedly suspect and prone to damage caused during transportation. The first order I placed on this product (alongside cat door, in the same box) was squashed so badly that the product’s lid was removed, leaving barely 1/8th of the product in its container. I ordered a replacement on its own this time, and the bottom of its container popped open, but thankfully most of the powder remained in its tube container. I recommend the manufacturers re-evaluate how this product is packaged in the future, to prevent accidental damage and loss during shipping to customers.
