It's not as potent as Assault but for an all natural product it does give a nice smooth boost of energy. I do prefer the monster beast energy mode that Assault gives me but this will do for a healthier energy. Just know that this and other products give a different energy feeling. This product made me less jittery but still kept my focus intact, its a lighter version. The other stuff made me feel like I belonged in a zoo.

This product has been excellent in helping me with my workouts! At age 61, Sometimes I need a little boost. After taking it, I'm able to run my 3 miles and get through my weight program. I would highly recommend true athlete to anyone!

I swear this stuff helped me be more toned. No yucky glittery feelings and love the flavor.

This is a cleaner less powerful pre workout drink than say C-4. True Athlete has 50mg of caffeine per serving, and C-4 150 mg pe serving. Actually, I add one scoop of each, because the taste of the 2 combined is special.

This stuff is legit. Great pre workout. It’s all we use! Doesn’t have all the crap fillers.
