This product is awesome! It is easy to use, convenient, and great value for the money (I have seen it for far more at other sites).

Don't Waste Your Moner
Don't buy-- piece of crap! I eagerly awaited this pricey purchase, only to discover that it doesn't work. Absolutely no instructions were included with this tool and when I called the company that distributes it, voicemail. I haven't even gotten to hallmark anything because the pegs for the hallmark don't fit properly in the hole and the hex screw that is supposed to hold the carat stamp doesn't. The white plastic pegs that fit on the back plate must be removed so why are they included? After wasting 2 hours trying to figure this out, I give up. That just cost me in productivity. This disappointing mess is being returned.

Do not purchase
Do not buy!!! This arrived and it had already been opened. The parts were scratched and I found out why. They do not fit in the plier hole. Maybe the parts were not for this plier...as it had been used. The plier looked sturdy but the parts did not fit....in it. Description says it was made in various countries.. my guess is China...
