Why do these contain Mushroom? Mushrooms are a form of fungus-yeast. Can anyone please answer this question?

Reishi Mushrooms have been scientifically proven to significantly boost the immune system. There are two main bioactive constituents in reishi: (1) antioxidants, which assist in decreasing overall inflammation, this rendering immune support, as well as providing cellular protection; and (2) prebiotic polysaccharides, mainly fungal beta glucans, which serve as a food source on which the probiotic strains may feed and multiply.

Does this product need to be refrigerated?

Referring to the comment about the company sending a postcard, you do NOT have to leave a 5-star review. The email says if you leave a review they will send you a free bottle, it doesn't say that the review must be 5 stars. I gave my honest opinion and rated 4-stars and was still sent the free bottle. Read my review I recently posted about this product. It's been a life changer for me.
