Can i appliy this patch n plug over my epoxy in ground pool paint on concrete floor and metal wall ok?

Unfortunately NO, The Patch n Plug needs to be applied only on a clean concrete surface. Otherwise it may work for awhile and then it will just peel off.

Can this be used over drylock paint?

I think so. We have used this product over virgin cement and three times over painted cement. Each case we chipped each to expose the crack

I ran out of the product prior to completely filling a void. Can this be reapplied over-itself several days later ?

we did exactly that. don't forget to keep spritzing it with water.

The product is supplied in powder form. It is mixed with water and applied using rubber gloved hands or with hand tools. The working time is short, so be sure to only mix small amounts at a time. This product WORKS!
