how do i get the lense made if i buy this way?

Simply just take the glasses to your eye doctor and they will measure and send them off. Once they return they will have your prescription in it

Is this authentic burberry glasses and can they take prescription lens?

Yes. My sons prescription is king of big. However, the eye doctor fixed them and they hold the prescripted glasses perfectly.
