Good Product but too expensive to maintain
I have morgellons (self diagnosed because Johnโs Hopkins acted like they had no idea what was wrong with me and wanted to make me a life-long pharmaceutical customer - prescribed me 1200 mg of gabapentin daily.) I lost my health insurance (as a single mother making $36k before taxes So I was no longer eligible for medical assistance.) I forced myself to work despite the pain, fatigue and brain fog. I was taking other natural remedies and came across the Samsara line in June. I have spent $480 from June to September. I started taking the TICK RECOVERY, then saw the TICK IMMUNE SUPPORT (capsules) and gave that a try. I went to order more but they have been sold out for 5 weeks, so itโs back to the TICK RECOVERY POWDER, not a fan of the taste. I came across the BIO-FILM and decided to pair that which the TICK RECOVERY. MORGELLONS has 3 of the 5 bacteria as LYMES. I advocated for a specific blood test after my LYMES test came back negative. Sure enough - I had the 3 bacteria. When I started back in June I had a very bad herxing period, which I was happy about because I knew it was working. Since I have maintained a consistent dosage even thru switching from the powder to the capsules back to the powder - I havenโt experienced the herxing symptoms as bad. Now that I am adding the BIO-FILM in to my regimen I will update and let you know. I plan on taking the TICK RECOVERY 2x per day and BIO-FILM 1x (eventually 2x) per day. I am praying this speeds recovery. I appreciate the Samsara line, and I am grateful that it seems to be working, but itโs very expensive to maintain. I donโt notice a decrease in pain of my joints. I can tell that itโs working because my skin irritations are starting to heal. I understand they need to profit, but they need to understand that their clientele is ill! Basically this regimen could cost $100/month. Paying taxes, being a single mom, with no assistance , no help, and working while ill is financially overwhelming. I watch ppl receiving food stamps, HUD, cash assistance and all other welfare benefits be so wasteful and honestly it is very frustrating knowing I give 1/3 of my pay to support that.

Working but start very very slow!
Hello everyone! I started using this powder 2 months ago. I knew from the reviews and previous experience with other herbal protocols dues to Lyme, Babesia, Bartonella, etc...to go super slow. I only use a fraction of the scoop and use every 2-3 days. That alone makes me Herx a bit which means it's working. I've been able to tolerate it and hoping to be able to use it daily. Pros: Has every herb in this one powder that my naturopathic doctor wanted me to take. Also I know that all the herbs listed is also in Stephen Buhner's protocol to help with not just Lyme but various co infections. Saves money and time. Instead of purchasing each herb individually to use, it's all compacted into one powder and I just have to take it so far once every other day. I'm on a tight budget so this is a winner. You feel this powder crossing the blood-brain barrier. So if you feel any tingling sensations or something like that within your head after taking this powder, it's okay, that means it's really working and helping out your CNS. Good for Neuro Lyme & Neuro Co-infections. I have more energy (huge win)! Cons: It's not so much a con but those in the world of Lyme disease know that unfortunately some of us herx when taking certain products or treatments. Praying that this will pass soon and that I could just start to feel better altogether. I detox a great deal and also use a binder to get the toxins out, all the dead bacteria that might be floating around inside my body, biofilms and all that nasty stuff. This is super important to find a good detox protocol and binder. I'm going to continue using this and want to come back in a few months and share with all of you how I'm doing. I'm down to working on the last few symptoms of Lyme disease and co-infections after being diagnosed 9 years ago. I do have CNS Lyme and trying to see if a co-infection or two also impacted my brain. Praying that I could be in remission soon and that this powder could really help me get through the finish line.

If you want to get well again
This is a cross-review of Samsara's Lyme and Biofilm formulas: After reading others' reviews, I debated whether or not to go the "liquid" route for medication, which is what these herbal powder formulas become when adding water or another liquid of choice. Liquid medications and I usually do not get along. At 53-yo I still have to hold my nose and chug 'em down to get it over with quickly. I gave careful consideration to the comments about the taste because of the heavy concentration of Stevia. I use Stevia and I know what it means to use too much. Long story short, the cost of antibiotics on my body and pocketbook far outweigh the costs of gagging on liquids or the possibility of Stevia overkill. The plus side to purchasing the Samsara Lyme and Biofilm herbals is that I recently read Stevia is proving to be a Lyme bacteria killer. I decided to go for broke, so to speak. First, I tried the two formulas with Keifer thinking the sour/salty flavor would tone down the sweetness of the Stevia. It's okaaaay, but nooooot great. Didn't do that again. Next, I tried it with 100% juice - cran-raspberry and that still didn't float my boat (at all). Didn't do that again either. Then, the bells went off! (You already know that Lyme Disease causes cognition issues... slow thinking, right?) I am a decaf (unsweetened) iced tea drinker. Wow .. that was a game changer! I held my nose at first, but discovered it really wasn't necessary. Drinking it this way reminded me of buying (won't mention brand name) bottled teas at a convenience store; not really tea IMHO, but they work if you are thirsty enough. Same incentive in this case, but replace the incentive outcome with "if you desperately want to get well again the natural way". I didn't go full out according to Samsara's recommended dosing; rather, I followed the same LLMD treatment protocol (M, W, F 1st week of 4-week cycle) as if I was taking the prescribed antibiotics. I had very mild- to almost unnoticeable herxing which was "mildly tired, but still didn't have to go back to bed" the day after dosing. The founder's story of being a Lyme patient really was the number one factor in deciding to go this route. To me, that is credibility enough. Plus, judging by the success I've had thus far, I'm pretty sure I am headed in the right direction with having taken this route. Incidentally, I started with the 2 oz package to be on the safe side, and now I can safely say I will move up to the more economical 8 oz. bag with my next purchase. Blessings to you on your road to recovery!

GO REALLY SLOW!
Ok guys, really? The taste isnโt THAT bad. Try some Chinese herbal concoctionsโ-then youโll have something to compare this to! Also, as destructive as Lyme & co-infections can be, the last thing Iโm worried about is taste! Lyme has been known to trigger many other illnesses, especially autoimmune disorders. It triggered Lupus, Hashimotoโs & now RA markers for me. YaY! Neuro-Lyme & Lyme carditis can cause permanent damage!! Rather than worrying about the taste, Iโm worrying about stopping the damage! Stevia is a known biofilm buster & as far as Iโve heard itโs recommended by all the big wigs in the Lyme world. This may be why itโs included in the formula. Until now, Iโve been receiving holistic treatments. Never touched antibiotics. Iโm Lyme + since at least 2005 but quite possibly since the late 80s. So, I canโt say Iโve ever had a strong herxheimer reaction til tonight. I took my 1st dose 1/2 a scoop with plenty of liquids. Two hours later I had an aura, then the worst migraine Iโve had in months. I was nauseated & vomited, lost all strength in my arms & was just plain miserable. So, yeah, when people say go slow, GO REALLY SLOW! Especially if youโre many years chronic like me. I used Burbur, Pinella, Chlorella & my infrared blanket to detox. Itโs about 4-5 hours later & I think Iโll start at an 1/8 of a scoop tomorrow. I still feel like hell but that must be somethingโ-itโs working!! Iโll be back to update this in about 6 months.

Was a bit hesitant about herbal remedies, but surprisingly it works.
I was diagnosed with Lyme disease in late May of 2019. I've been through two doxycycline treatments-- neither was able to kick my Lyme. I've struggled mostly with severe neurological Lyme, as the vast majority of my symptoms were things like brain fog, fatigue, and other cognitive disturbances. Honestly, it was really frustrating and had a significant impact on my life. I couldn't afford an LLMD as I'm a student, and I was becoming a bit desperate. My desperation led me to buying this supplement along with the biofilm powder. They taste pretty gross, but I just plug my nose as I gulp it down as fast as I can. I started having herxheimer reactions within a few days. Headaches, increased brain fog, joint pain-- you name it. I was hopeful because I felt the same way I did when I first started taking antibiotics, but this time headaches and brain fog were more prominent. This actually made me hopeful, and after looking into some information about the specific Cat's Claw (Gou-teng) that is used in this formula along with the Japanese Knotwood included, I saw that they're digested by CYP-450 enzymes and can cross the blood-brain barrier!! As a neuroscience major this made me very excited, and I'm really starting to see changes in my cognitive functioning. After a month, my fatigue has dropped immensely. This stuff truly is a diamond in the rough. I'm shocked herbs can be such powerful healing tools. Thanks, Samsara!

Amazing
My doctor suggested this when I found I had a tick born disease. I put 3 scoops into my coffee or make a tea out of it by just adding hot water.

Good flavor but with very little in an unhandy bag
I thought I'd try this and add it too my doctor's plan of taking an antibiotic, Vitamin C, and Teasel root to help treat and hope to get rid off, Lime's disease. I can't attest to it's effectiveness as it would be hard to say which of the things I am taking is giving me the most promise. What I can say is that the product seemed very potent with herbs and ingredients that had a strong fresh smell and very strong taste. If nothing else it did give me more bowel movements, lol, giving me the sense that it was doing something. I would give it a negative review for poor choice of packaging. Although the bag is big there was very little product in there and the crease in the bottom of the bag made it nearly impossible to scoop the product out. I opted to take it twice a day instead of the recommended daily amount which gave me a week or two before it was empty. Taking it as recommended and you'll be done in a matter of days. Kind of a steep price for so little. I did actually enjoy the flavor. They recommend taking it with juice as they say many will have a hard time with the strong flavor. There is a lot of stevia in it so it is very sweet and I mixed it with some mint flavored Chlorophyll I had on hand and it made for a nice earthy tea taste. My wife thought it tasted like sweetened dirt but for me it was not just tolerable but enjoyable! So I recommend taking your time investigating if this is right for you if you are trying to figure this out on your own, or follow your doctor or other health professional's advice. I'm lucky to have found a doctor that also recommends natural alternatives so as to get, at least to me, the best of both worlds!

Life saver
I got this for lyme flares which it does a very good job of keeping it in check. But this past week i had the worst pain in my stomach. Like a knife in it. So bad I actually passed out when I was getting dressed for the er. I took this about 2 hrs before that happened because nerves were going crazy. When I woke up 3 hrs I was a bit better so decided to go to the dr the next day. I had a bad bladder infection that shouldn't have gotten better without antibiotics. Definitely keep this product around. Even mouth infections. Use this as mouthwash
